Abstract: | Technological advances in CT have changed the practice of gastrointestinal radiology. This was a prospective study to evaluate the role of multidetector computed tomography (MDCT) in diagnosis of small and large bowel lesions. Material and Methods: This study was carried out in MNR Medical College and Hospital from March 2015 to April 2017. A total of 52 patients were examined in this study. CT findings were correlated and confirmed by colonoscopy, biopsy, postoperative findings or follow-up CT. |
