dc.description.abstract It is estimated that 15.0% of pregnancy may develop complications, which cannot be predicted. About 289,000 women died in 2013 of complications during pregnancy or childbirth and most of these deaths could be avoided as the necessary medical interventions exist and are well known. Objectives: To study the profile of high risk pregnant women and their pregnancy outcome in a rural field practice area. en_US
