A 25-year-old male presented with closely
aggregated, large, soft polypoid skin-coloured
outgrowths ranging from 3 mm to 3 cm over the
medial aspect of left upper thigh from the past
3 years. The lesions had been electrosurgically
removed about a year back but there was recurrence
over the past few months.
