ABSTRACT TITLE:- “A PROSPECTIVE RANDOMIZED CLINICAL STUDY TO COMPARE THE EFFECT OF BUPRENORPHINE AND FENTANYL AS ADJUVANTS TO BUPIVACAINE FOR POSTOPERATIVE EPIDURAL ANALGESIA IN LOWER LIMB ORTHOPEDIC SURGERIES.” INTRODUCTION:- Neuraxial block is commonly used for lower abdomen and lower limb procedures because it has several advantages over general anaesthesia. Epidural analgesia is one of the most widely accepted method for postoperative pain relief in orthopedic surgeries.
