dc.description.abstract It is considered that prognostication is one of the most electrolyte important aspect of critical care. Many parameters and scoring scales have been studied and followed in this aspect. FGF-23 is a recently found FGF and functions as an endocrine hormone that regulates phosphorus homeostasis. It has been linked to predict mortality in CKD and AKI and also recently in all critical patients. So we have undertaken this study to evaluate the role of FGF 23 as a prognostic marker in critically ill patients en_US
